Allie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. She has worked across a variety of settings, including partial care programs, domestic violence shelters, and outpatient services, providing both in-person and telehealth support.

Allie takes a client-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to therapy. She is passionate about helping clients move toward their goals with greater clarity, self-awareness, and confidence. Her work is collaborative and supportive, creating a space where clients feel safe to be open, honest, and vulnerable.

Her clinical approach integrates a range of evidence-based and holistic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, somatic techniques, mindfulness, and expressive therapies.

Allie is also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based approach designed to support adolescents in processing and healing from trauma, including experiences of abuse.

In addition to her clinical work, Allie is a Certified Disaster Response Crisis Counselor (DRCC), volunteering her time to support communities impacted by disasters through crisis intervention, emotional support, and connection to resources.

Allie is often described as energetic, empathetic, and determined. She works best with clients who are open to collaboration, willing to be vulnerable, and ready to engage in the therapeutic process.

Outside of her work, Allie enjoys spending time with loved ones, swimming, biking, and taking walks with her dogs.

Jessica Cody, LMFT

Jessica is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She has worked in both community-based programs and outpatient settings, supporting clients through a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and major life transitions.

Jessica works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and is passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and meaningful change. She believes that mental and physical health are deeply connected and takes a holistic, compassionate approach to care.

Danielle takes a warm, client-centered approach to therapy, creating a safe and supportive space for exploration, healing, and empowerment. Joanna Moleski, LSW

Joanna is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s most challenging moments. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from Widener University in 2025 and holds a certificate in Practices in Trauma Recovery.

With over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families, Joanna has worked in a variety of settings including foster care, the NICU, and pediatric care. These experiences have given her a deep appreciation for the resilience of individuals facing crisis, transition, and healing.

Joanna has a special interest in supporting postpartum mothers, as well as individuals working through PTSD and trauma. She takes a holistic, trauma-informed approach to care, focusing on building a strong foundation of trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. She believes that feeling seen, supported, and understood is essential to meaningful healing.

Her approach is compassionate, grounded, and collaborative, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences and move toward growth at their own pace.

Samantha is a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey who is passionate about creating a supportive, collaborative therapeutic space where individuals and families feel heard, understood, and empowered.

She has experience working in both private practice and partial hospitalization settings, providing her with a strong and diverse clinical foundation. Samantha works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, parenting challenges, and behavioral difficulties.

Samantha has a special interest in working with neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She brings a thoughtful understanding of both the challenges and strengths that come with these experiences and supports clients in building skills, confidence, and self-awareness.
